A ASIBRAM finalizou, na manhã deste domingo, a participação no Grupo de Trabalho de Desenvolvimento Sustentável da equipe de transição do Governo. No evento do último dia 7, a Associação apresentou o fruto do trabalho construído em conjunto com a equipe de transição onde constam as principais forças e fraquezas do órgão juntamente com as principais oportunidades e ameaças que se evidencia com a aproximação de uma nova gestão.

O GT se reuniu com representantes da ASIBRAM por cerca de cinco vezes durante o mês de novembro, além de participar da reunião ampliada aberta a todos os servidores, feita na biblioteca do cerrado, no dia 25/11.

Possuir um corpo técnico bem capacitado e comprometido com o Meio Ambiente foi uma das Forças identificadas pelo Grupo de Trabalho, ao ponto em que remunerações distintas para a mesma função e a falta de normatização, em geral, foram apontadas como as principais fraquezas. A principal oportunidade mapeada foi a entrada de um governo preocupado com a sustentabilidade ambiental enquanto que a ameaça mais evidente seria a fragilidade política histórica da área ambiental, entre a comunidade governamental.
