Com o objetivo de promover a melhoria nos setores de Ouvidoria, Licenciamento e Fiscalização o IBRAM, em parceria com a Unesco, está contratando consultores, na modalidade entrega de produtos, para elaborarem Termos de Referencia para contratação de profissionais para aprimorarem a estrutura de ouvidoria, a fiscalização e o licenciamento do IBRAM.

Perfil: Especialista em ouvidoria.
2. Na de vagas:01
3. Qualificação educacional: Nível superior reconhecido pelo MEC, pós-graduação desejável na área ambiental.
4. Experiência profissional: Experiência mínima de 06 anos em atividades de atendimento ao público na esfera pública.
5. Atividades: Elaboração de 02 Termos de Referência para contratação de profissionais com o objetivo de aprimorar a estrutura da Ouvidoria do IBRAM/DF.
6. Produtos/Resultados esperados: Entrega de Termos de Referência (TR’s) para contratação de serviços, nos termos do modelo TOR/Unesco para:
TR 1 - Elaborar protocolo de recebimento e acompanhamento das denúncias de cunho ambiental; TR 2 – Elaborar conteúdo e capacitar técnicos do IBRAM/DF para estruturação do Serviço de Informações ao cidadão SIC, no âmbito da Ouvidoria.
7. Local de Trabalho: Próprio do contratado.
8. Duração do contrato: 2 semanas

6. Produtos/Resultados esperados: Entrega de 05 Termos de Referência (TR’s) para contratação de serviços, nos termos do modelo TOR/Unesco para:
TR 1 – Elaborar protocolo e capacitar os técnicos do IBRAM/DF para o acompanhamento dos processos de licenciamento, controle e fiscalização ambiental;
TR 2 – Propor um “Plano Distrital de Fiscalização Integrada” e plano de capacitação para os técnicos do IBRAM/DF e dos órgãos fiscalizadores do DF para implantação do plano;
TR 3 – Identificar as limitações atuais do licenciamento e fiscalização ambiental do IBRAM/DF e propor subsídios administrativos, técnicos e legais para minimizá-las;
TR 4 - Elaborar documento, analisar e apontar lacunas na legislação ambiental do DF, aplicada e comentada por tipo de empreendimento;
TR 5 - Elaborar manual de orientação para empreendedores e demais agentes públicos e privados sobre as normas e diretrizes governamentais do DF sobre licenciamento, monitoramento e fiscalização ambiental.
7. Local de Trabalho: Próprio do contratado.
8. Duração do contrato: 30 dias
